I am writing regarding order #ORD-6572-BDP-6137 placed with Digital Technologies on September 15, 2001. I paid $857.0 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Susana O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
