I have been a loyal customer of Education of Education for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2821-VYD-2629) on October 2, 1987, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
