Billing dispute with Hyper-Byte Hougang

On April 9, 1990, I signed up for Hyper-Byte Hougang's technical assistance at their Lake Gregorio, Utah location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $738.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jaylin Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
