Refund refused by Superior Abode

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1575-SVM-6570 placed with Superior Abode on December 31, 1982. I paid $194.20 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hilton P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
