I am writing regarding order #ORD-5078-GTC-6283 placed with Scholar Excellence Skills Holdings on July 13, 2011. I paid $914.46 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Akeem P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
