Billing dispute with Justice, Justice & Team

On September 28, 1977, I signed up for Justice, Justice & Team's upgrade service at their Quigleyside, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $54.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Glen N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
