Quality issues with Superior Habitat product

On August 18, 2007, I signed up for Superior Habitat's customer support at their Port Devanstad, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $418.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kailee J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
