Unsatisfactory resolution from Buy & Co Ltd.

On August 8, 1994, I signed up for Buy & Co Ltd.'s technical assistance at their Jonesborough, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $70.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lelia D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
