Poor customer service experience with Advocate Counsel Team

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8507-QON-9470 placed with Advocate Counsel Team on December 15, 1980. I paid $985.81 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emelie Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
