Software glitches with UltraLogic Ventures product

On February 24, 1982, I signed up for UltraLogic Ventures's consultation at their South Maudie, Utah location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $345.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dangelo H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
