False promises made by The Integrated Path Partners representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8922-RUO-9473 placed with The Integrated Path Partners on June 4, 2008. I paid $601.12 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ali G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
