False promises made by The Modern Haus Inc. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9236-DUB-5386 placed with The Modern Haus Inc. on May 8, 1997. I paid $906.94 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hortense D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
