I want to report a serious concern with Fresh Culinary Restaurants Khon Kaen's system that I purchased on November 16, 2009 from your South Jamil, Kansas store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Erna G., but my issue remains unresolved.
