Refund refused by Excel Skills Inc.

On January 13, 2022, I signed up for Excel Skills Inc.'s return process at their Kuphalside, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $51.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dejah X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
