Overcharged by Gastro Co International for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7649-RFL-3997 placed with Gastro Co International on February 11, 2000. I paid $829.47 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Michaela W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
