I am writing regarding order #ORD-4231-IDT-1621 placed with The Prime Deal Sagamihara on August 2, 1980. I paid $675.68 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jacinto R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
