Hidden fees discovered from Urban Goods

On July 15, 1976, I signed up for Urban Goods's consultation at their Stokesfurt, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $66.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Earl Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
