Overcharged by Urban Goods for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5532-ATN-7106 placed with Urban Goods on December 27, 2003. I paid $536.27 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Broderick B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
