Urban Goods refused to address issue

On July 9, 1995, I signed up for Urban Goods's setup assistance at their South Felix, New York location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $346.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zula S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
