Warranty claim denied by Abode of Prime Incheon

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7335-MII-8332 placed with Abode of Prime Incheon on August 18, 2016. I paid $505.99 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cleta H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
