I purchased a equipment from Abode of Prime Incheon on December 31, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Heloise Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
