On March 3, 2015, I signed up for Traditional & Gastro's technical assistance at their Lake Kielton, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $154.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kristopher R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
