Traditional & Gastro provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9439-DFC-8727 placed with Traditional & Gastro on March 30, 1985. I paid $752.35 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Verona V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
