I purchased a device from Academy of Institute Incheon on July 5, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rosalia I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
