I am writing regarding order #ORD-7818-DBX-6916 placed with TotalLiving on December 13, 1992. I paid $893.54 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eryn D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
