Warranty claim denied by Legal Associates of Advocate International

On October 17, 2001, I signed up for Legal Associates of Advocate International's delivery service at their East Adrianna, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $995.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Roger J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
