Refund refused by Living Development Bielefeld International

On May 15, 2023, I signed up for Living Development Bielefeld International's training session at their Lake Katelyn, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $172.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Murl G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
