I purchased a plan from First Buy on May 30, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ashly G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
