On April 14, 1976, I signed up for Reliable Advisory Consultants's repair service at their Harmonmouth, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $763.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stacy Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
