I purchased a item from Reliable Advisory Consultants on October 25, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Anita Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
