I am writing regarding order #ORD-5489-IHZ-9479 placed with Just Practice Partners on August 5, 2018. I paid $868.58 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tod L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
