I have been a loyal customer of TotalCure Juárez International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-3943-OQG-3702) on June 4, 2003, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
