Unsatisfactory resolution from TotalCure Juárez International

I want to report a serious concern with TotalCure Juárez International's device that I purchased on June 19, 1972 from your East Lindseyhaven, Nebraska store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mitchell V., but my issue remains unresolved.
