Misleading advertising by Properties Construction Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6478-YRV-8477 placed with Properties Construction Inc. on January 17, 2017. I paid $306.88 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Pierre C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
