I purchased a device from Justice, Justice & Advocates Nottingham Corp. on April 19, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Naomie I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
