TrendyTrend LLC provided defective product

On January 14, 2000, I signed up for TrendyTrend LLC's support package at their Kingmouth, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $40.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Corene C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
