I am writing regarding order #ORD-7930-BOT-7718 placed with Homemade Chef Ghaziabad on September 29, 2003. I paid $383.50 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ryder C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
