I am writing regarding order #ORD-7167-AZY-1654 placed with Homemade Chef Ghaziabad on January 15, 1981. I paid $255.90 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Leann M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
