On November 14, 1975, I signed up for Homemade Chef Ghaziabad's warranty service at their Alecland, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $504.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Effie J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
