Warranty claim denied by United Clinic Hougang

On October 16, 1977, I signed up for United Clinic Hougang's troubleshooting service at their Demarioburgh, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $562.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eino W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
