I purchased a accessory from AINexus Group on November 18, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Henderson M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
