Delayed delivery from Appetite & Delights

On February 10, 1999, I signed up for Appetite & Delights's warranty service at their Marlenehaven, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $133.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Larry S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
