Refund refused by Space & Investments Johor Bahru

On April 13, 1998, I signed up for Space & Investments Johor Bahru's training session at their New Elsaside, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $832.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lambert W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
