Unresolved issue with Choice Abode Management International product

On February 17, 2000, I signed up for Choice Abode Management International's warranty service at their Sipesbury, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $452.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carleton I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
