I purchased a platform from Smart Goods Plus Group on March 28, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zion N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
