Billing dispute with Artisan Flavors Essentials

On May 6, 2002, I signed up for Artisan Flavors Essentials's installation service at their South Trent, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $109.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deon H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
