Quality-Homes Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

On January 14, 1989, I signed up for Quality-Homes Ltd.'s troubleshooting service at their Abernathyshire, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $842.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nico M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
