I want to report a serious concern with Mega Finds Spot's device that I purchased on May 22, 1982 from your Hyattland, Wyoming store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ben T., but my issue remains unresolved.
