I am writing regarding order #ORD-8350-PON-9962 placed with Summit Learning of Advancement on October 4, 2012. I paid $841.75 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cory L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
