False promises made by Quantum-Edge representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1107-TUV-7260 placed with Quantum-Edge on October 13, 1975. I paid $41.72 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maybell W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
